Sabine BaerA performance-driving executive and leadership coach with a total of 25+ years of relevant field experience, Sabine has developed a specific focus on the luxury retail sector in which excellence of service and client experience are the two leading factors. An ICHEC-trained and INSEAD-certified executive and team coach, Sabine systematically transposes her learnings from the luxury sector to other industries, from IT consulting to life sciences, private banking, media, and real estate. Trained in a number of standard tools ranging from MBTI, 360, PRO, GROW and others, Sabine combines techniques with intuition, which is one of her key strengths that ensures her a high level of return clients. An English-speaking French native, Sabine has lived and worked for many years in multicultural Brussels, developing her awareness of cultural diversity in the workplace, which is a competitive advantage but also demands agility and sophisticated communication skills from leadership and management. Her client base is mostly in Brussels, Paris, and Geneva. In the earlier years of her career, Sabine was an extremely successful manager and inspiring leader of sales teams in the luxury hotel sector, taking her teams to unprecedented levels of excellence and financial performance.

In early 2022, Sabine started a series of weekly radio podcasts on “Management Essentials”, recorded and broadcasted by Brussels-based business radio channel BXFM.

Sabine is married to a Germany and New York-qualified antitrust lawyer working in private practice in Brussels and has two sons, David (20) and Samuel (17). Her passions include reading about personal development, management learnings, sustainability, and the lives of extraordinarily successful people, golf, speed walking in the forests surrounding Brussels, and visual art.
