She is also a Partner at 360Lab SF where she is building a vibrant Business Hub for international as well as local leaders with a focus on creating an impactful business community that empowers its members across the globe.

As a Director at the Alliance of Chief Executives, she supports the organization in building and running strategic peer groups for CEOs and CXOs. She has worked with several hundred CEOs and CXOs and has in-depth experience with their strategic as well as leadership needs.

As a board member for the Silicon Valley Chapter of ‘How Women Lead’ she is heavily invested in developing women leaders and assuring that more gender parity is achieved on the Board Level.

Petra is passionate about her role as an advisor/coach to both international and Bay Area leaders as well as Silicon Valley start-ups, executive coach to C-Suite executives and their teams and as a board member for the Silicon Valley Chapter of ‘How Women Lead’.

She is an empowering strategist, innovative thinker and global connector and a German native, who has lived and worked in the UK, Italy, France, Switzerland and Australia before moving to the United States.

Her mission is to develop leaders to be a secure base for themselves and their teams and provide inclusive and human-centric work environments as they lead their organizations successfully through growth and transformation initiatives, industry or any other needed or imposed change.

Petra operates at the intersection of business and leadership strategy empowering leaders to grow successful and profitable organizations whilst providing thriving workplaces and opportunities for growth and development to their workforce.

In the past, Petra worked with leadership teams at ALCOA Automotive Structures, Dt. Bank, Digital Equipment and various other mid- and small-sized organizations across a variety of industries. Petra attended the University of Passau (Germany) as well as the Foreign Languages Institute Munich and has a BA in French. She also studied at the University of East Anglia (UK) and the University of Perugia (Italy).
