Jesyka SimpsonJesyka is a People and Culture Exec, Air Force (AF) veteran and accredited Leadership Coach turned founder. After 20+ years in Talent, Development, and senior HR Business Partner roles with some of America’s most influential brands, she’s found her calling at the intersection of strategy and culture and firmly believes humanity and ROI can go hand-in-hand.

She now works exclusively with forward-thinking executives to create ecosystems where humans thrive and results become inevitable. Her greatest passion is partnering strategically to align people, programs, and processes in support of desired organizational outcomes.

Jesyka earned her undergrad in Management/Human Resources from Park University while serving on active duty in the AF and went on to receive her MBA from Rockhurst University during her tenure as their Human Resources Director. Jesyka has led HR and Learning & Development teams in a variety of organizations ranging in size from a few hundred employees to 120,000+.

During her tenure at Panera and Apple, she developed and refined her Healthy Hierarchy model, which provides a path to organizational transformation with and through people. Her most recent role as Chief People Officer at Snooze, a Denver-based restaurant group, gave her the opportunity to coach and mentor a rapidly-growing, cross-functional team, ultimately provided the inspiration for her journey to entrepreneurship.

Jesyka also has advanced training and holds certifications in coaching, transformational learning, change management, learning agility, multiple 360 and behavioral assessments, as well as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

When not working, Jesyka enjoys traveling, reading, hiking and biking, cooking, and “nerding out” over neuroscience research and the future of work.
