Jeff Kahn is the founder and managing director of Strategy 3i Ltd, a global strategic consulting company that combines Strategic business communications and political consulting together with Investment banking and business incubation. Before reopening Strategy 3i, Ltd, Jeff joined Broadsoft (BSFT) as their new Chief Transformation Officer (from 2016 to 2018) and was responsible for helping evolve the organization for the future. Prior to Broadsoft, Jeff worked as the Chief Strategy Officer with AudioCodes (NASDQ: AUDC) for 6 years. At AudioCodes his responsibilities included developing and maintaining the key strategic go-to market relationships.
Jeff has over two decades of experience as a global strategist on behalf of multiple governmental bodies including the Secretary General of the UN, the White House and the American, Israeli, French and Swiss governments. He also served as a Strategic Advisor to the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office and the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. Jeff spent two years as the Strategic Advisor to the Israeli Minister of Homeland Security. This is in addition to large multinational corporations to boutique start-ups. He has counseled many NGO’s like the Conference of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations and had a founding role on the Board of Charities like the One Family Fund for Victims of Terror. His experience and expertise spans across the areas of international politics, crisis management, investment banking, media, communications, creative thinking and branding. Jeff managed the offices of a Wall Street Investment Bank in Israel after becoming a licensed Investment Banker. He spent ten years serving as Chief Strategic and Planning Officer of Ruder Finn, where he personally provided counsel to Fortune 100 multi-national companies such as IBM, AT&T, Kraft, SONY, Lycos, Pfizer, and Novartis.
Jeff has been invited to lecture all around the globe on subjects spanning Creative thinking to Homeland Security Planning. He is a recipient of awards and honors stretching from the Advertising industry for the most effective introduction of a new technology product into the market to the Israeli Knesset for improving the relations between the US Congress and the Israeli Knesset.
Jeff holds a B.A. in International Relations and Psychology from Brooklyn College and has done graduate studies in International Relations and Psychology at Tel Aviv University.
Jeff lives in Jerusalem with his wife four children and two grandchildren.
