Danielle MoserConsulting Experience

Danielle’s first venture into consulting was in the early 1990s while working in Europe, and in 2009, co-founded bltCareers, a boutique executive coaching practice. Throughout her career, she’s been consulting with organizations that span from Fortune 100 to start-up / early stage businesses. Being approachable has facilitated her ability to quickly engender trust and seamlessly build relationships across organizational lines. She offers deep experience partnering with c-level officers to drive performance improvements. During her career, Danielle has consulted with virtually every industry.

Having co-authored a book (FOCUS: Creating Career & Brand Clarity, 2nd Edition), Danielle is keenly aware the positive impact a great-fit role can have on a person’s individual career development, and the expanded level of contribution delivered.

Her work, with globally-located clients, feeds her passion of working with organizations to improve the employee experience, driving retention, improving productivity, and fueling competitive advantage. She has expertise in executive and leadership development, career development / mobility, and developing leaders as coaches.

Business / Organizational Leadership Experience

Danielle’s career encompasses 25+ years of diverse operational and talent management experience. She’s served in leadership roles all centered on creating a positive employee experience.

Danielle was a pioneer in the delivery of talent management services in virtual environments. Pairing her strengths in ideation and design with her passion for supporting the development of the workforce of the future, she co-founded an EL Education (formerly Expeditionary Learning) middle and high school. The Franklin School of Innovation serves grades 5 to 12, providing educational options to under-served student populations.

Education + Training

Danielle holds a Master’s of Science in Education / Human Resource Development from The University of Southern Maine, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing from Providence College in Rhode Island, and has completed Doctoral-level coursework in Leadership at the University of San Diego.

Her broad range of certifications include: Birkman International, Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI), MRG’s Strategic Leadership Development (LEA), Strong Interest Inventory, Career Anchors, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), and other proprietary corporate programs.
