Her background includes leading teams in a corporate environment as a Senior Manager and Director, as well as running her own business. Dana’s practical business background is blended with her extensive experience as an executive coach, and her educational experience in psychology provides her with an understanding of human nature.
Education / Certifications
Dana holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Psychology. She is certified as a Stakeholder Centered Coach, which utilizes feedforward as well as feedback. She is a Senior Birkman Consultant, and is also certified in the use of the CCL Suite of 360 Assessments, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and Voices360, MBTI, and DiSC, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. These assessments help clients understand both the “what” and “why” of their leadership behavior.
